The car was great with a smooth ride. I was able to set up my phone easily as a gps and charge it simultaneously. Everything worked out so smoothly.

The host lied to me. He told me not to wash the car then he charged me cleaning fees after I returned the car. I took a screenshot of our conversation we had on the app and it clearly says he'll wash the car later.

We are sorry you feel this way,even when we accepted your rental with 10 min of anticipación, and after you committed a mistake on your reservation. That was never the agreement and we recognized there was miscommunication and apologized, good luck!
