Gave me the car dirty (garbage in the consoles, dirty floor mats) and then has the audacity to accuse me of bringing it back dirty! The dirt in the car was sand/salt on the floor mats after a freezing rain storm. I had 2 hours left on the booking which i was happy to use to resolve any issues he had with the vehicle, but instead he took the keys from my hand and threatened to charge me the maximum cleaning fee he could. The car reeked of cheap cologne from an air freshener he put in there so badly that i had to put it in a Ziploc bag in the glove compartment which didn't help much because of the fabric seats. The only bad experience I've had on Turo, but boy was it bad.

You are the first guest that has ever had issues with my cars cleanliness. I have never given my car out in a dirty state else you should have called my attention to it. How do you drive a car for 10 days, drive over 1500km with your family and return the car in a dirty state and now claim their was garbage in the car after I told you I would charge you? I am a customer too and appreciating a cheap service by doing the least thing like returning the car in a clean state goes along way.

My apologies for that. After the last guest returned the car, the maintenance light came up and I had to take it to the dealership for general maintenance. I ensure that the car is in a perfect condition for every guest.

Clean car, new model with all the options you’d need and great fuel economy. We took it for a family trip and it was great. The owner showed us around the car at pickup and even dropped us off at a bus station afterwards. Very nice experience.
