PLEASE: NO SMOKING // NO VAPE PENS // NO PETS (Cigarettes, Cigars, Weed, Vaping, E-Cigs, etc.) An additional $200 cleaning fee will be assessed if this rule is violated. Note: The car needs to be returned in the same condition you receive it in. We recommend not to eat in the vehicle as accidents are prone to happen and we would have to charge for the cleanup. Any parking tickets or toll fees that occurred during the rental time will be the responsibility of the driver. Return the car hassle free, without worrying about cleaning up after your trip. Does not cover upholstery cleaning, spills, stains, excessive sand $35/trip. *** PLEASE NOTE TURO IS A CAR SHARING COMMUNITY *** In other words, please treat the vehicle as if it was your own. We treat and take care of all of our vehicles as best as we can, so we definitely appreciate when that effort is reciprocated. Please no pets or smoking in any of my vehicles. Cars returned with pet's hair or the smell of smoke will need to be assessed a $200 detailing fee. Thank you!

  • How do after-hours pickups and drop-offs work?
    We provide convenient options for easy after-hours pickup and drop-off. After booking we will contact you with more details.
  • Can I let someone else drive the car?
    Only the person who rents the car is insured to drive the vehicle. If you expect that someone else might drive the vehicle, simply upload their drivers license to the TURO app. It’s very easy to do. Unfortunately, failure to do this will cause insurance to be void, and you will be personally liable for the full cost of any damage.
  • Returning a car late?
    If you will be late returning a vehicle, you must call and notify TURO at 1-866-735-2901 so that you will be protected with insurance coverage. Please note that sometimes a vehicle has back-to-back rentals and can be going out only an hour after it’s returned. Any late return will lead to a late return fee according to Turo regulations.
  • Need to pick up the car early?
    Simply log into the app and change your pick-up time. Insurance coverage is only valid during the booked time listed on the app. We kindly ask that if you need to pick up the vehicle early that you go into the TURO app and adjust your rental time accordingly. It’s very easy to do. (TURO does not want us to release a vehicle to a renter unless the rental period has started.) Likewise, if you will be late returning a vehicle, you must call and notify TURO at 1-866-735-2901 so that you will be protected with insurance coverage.
  • Can I take the car into Mexico?
    Absolutely not. TURO's insurance policy does not cover vehicles outside the USA. This is strictly prohibited.
  • What if there is damage to the vehicle or I get into an accident?
    Please notify us of any damage or accidents that happen during your rental. We appreciate your honesty and will work with you to solve the problem.

This was my first time ever renting a car and Vlad made my experience easy and convenient! Fast communication on the app, punctual with my rental and was super friendly! The car was also awesome and made my terrible morning drives to work much more pleasant. I would definitely rent another car from him again.
