Good car for what we needed

Jenny advertised the vehicle as a Mazda CX-5, which I was very interested in driving, but I was given a Toyota RAV4. The car was clean. The check-in process was rather lengthy compared to a typical Turo rental, and a $300 pre-auth hold had to be placed on my credit card. A nice bonus was a young man upon return offered us a ride to the airport, which was very appreciated.

Host was unresponsive over the turo messaging system, as I left a message 12 hrs before scheduled appointment so I called the host on the provided number half an hour before pickup. We agreed that the trip can be cancelled because I was delayed due to my luggage arriving late and the store front hours were already 15 min past closing. Host doesnt deliver or pick up from airport and I was still 15 min away from their store front. The store was already closed when I got my luggage. I didn't receive further instructions to cancel but still got charged. Seemed like the host was inexperienced. I noticed the charge was not reversed the next morning and called turo to cancel but I will need to provide a statement from the airline that my luggage was delayed which caused me to miss my appointment with the host.
