awesome person to deal with, didnt mind helping me answering a few questions since this was my first time using Turo and was trying to figure a few things out

Michael was helpful and the vehicle ran ok... when we could get it started. No key or remote provided was a total disaster. With only an online Bluetooth entry system really SUCKS if your web connection is weak like in the countryside. Took us 3 hours standing in the hot sun to get access to the car. Our hotel parking structure wouldn’t let us operate the car because the internet signal wouldn’t connect. Nothing was mentioned on the Turo site that we wouldn’t receive a key to the vehicle. No reflection on Michael but TURO COMPLETELY SUCKS OUT LOUD!!
