First time using Turo and it wasn’t the best experience. A couple of days into our trip the car broke down on us and we were stranded at a gas station for 2 hours. We had to sit in the extremely hot car without any AC waiting for a replacement car. When we asked for compensation for such an inconvenience they did not seem to care and refused to understand our side of the story. We had to call Turo Customer Service and they were nice enough to give us credit as well as refund us for the gas we had put in the car and never got to use.
