I was glad Willis was able to accommodate my trip I came in on a late flight I didn't have any problems other than I could not locate the car in the parking garage and it took me an hour and cost $20 in a cab to find it after the fact I found out that he had sent me a picture message with the parking details but it hadn't came through because I was on a plane but everything else was smoothe sailing I will rent again. Thank you.
I had a wonderful trip to go visit my mom. Everything went smoothly and I am so grateful that I was able to get a car to visit her because she is scared to drive in Dallas...lol. Thx willis. Definitely recommend.

Although ultimately, he attempted to make things right, the volume of miscommunication by this man has caused my husband and I an unbelievable amount of grief. I would make sure you do a walk around car before you take it otherwise, you will get blamed for it and Turo states that unless YOU have documentation on the condition of car when you received it, it WILL be your fault AND then you Will be named from renting from anyone.
