Pick and up return were fantastic. We got our luggage and Steven met us at the curb, helped us load the luggage, and handed us the keys. Return was almost as smooth, (giant traffic jam at the airport - not their fault). The car is large and comfortable. You can fold down the back seat in 3 sections which was SUPER useful as we were carrying large purchases from IKEA and other places and it did the job great. A previous reviewer complained about the Check Engine light and the engine being loud and the wheels not balanced. I was driving mostly city and a little highway and didn't notice this. Yes, the Check Engine light was on, but I had no issues with comfort. Please note that this is a large heavy car with lots of capacity, great for a family on vacation - it's not a little sports car that darts in and out of traffic.

Nous avons pris et rendu la voiture à l'aéroport de Montréal, la communication avec Jonathan, la facilité et la rapidement de la prise en charge ont été très appréciables. La voiture a parfaitement roulé, elle est facile à conduire et très confortable, et le coffre est de taille suffisante pour y mettre les bagages de 4 personnes. Je recommande vivement !
