Parking details

Delivery instructions will be sent. In order to receive parking instructions, we will need to verify your ID. Please text us a Selfie of your drivers licence up to your face to 416-220-7061 ASAP to release keys.


1. The car comes clean and fueled up for each rental. Please return the car in this condition. If the car is abnormally dirty after your rental, you will be charged a cleaning fee 30$-200$ 2. Please do not smoke in the car (Turo charges $250), as We have other renters post trip, All will not want a car that smells like smoke. 3. Please return the car on-time and in the correct location. If there are any issues please message me asap. Thanks.


  • Do I need to fill up the gas or recharge the battery for the car?
    Yes, the car must be returned with the same fuel level or battery level of when it was picked up at the beginning of the rental. If the car needs to be refuelled or recharged, the cost of the fuel/charge and a $10 service fee will be assessed. Thanks.
  • Where is the proof of insurance and registration?
    This can be found in the glove box, inside the Jeep pouch, with the owners manual. Please note that my personal insurance and the insurance provided by Turo are located together. Please provide the Turo insurance if requested.
  • Is there anything I should consider?
    -Unusual wear and tear will be billed. -Any traffic tickets and toll tickets will be billed.

First off, the car was fantastic. My 3 starts is predominantly due to the actual car, and cost thereof. The host was a terrible communicator. Pick up was supposed to be at 11am. I was told it would be delayed until 12pm. And then the host said it's fine to go at 11am, as his "fleet manager" (who also showed a lot of attitude on the phone) would be there. I arrive to a car park at 11am, fifth floor. No one there. Host keeps telling me (he'll be there shortly). Fleet manager not answering phone. 45 mins later, fleet manager answers phone and says he has no idea what I'm talking about. Kendell didn't even contact him! So how can Kendell tell me that someone's on the way shortly? Makes no sense. Anyway, in the end I waited an hour in the cold car park before receiving the keys. A previous CUSTOMER arrived with keys and 40 bucks to reimburse me for parking and washing the car as it was filthy on pick up (at least the cash was given to me upfront so that's a positive). I also paid $25 as an extra for WIFI hotspot, of which the credentials I never received. Kendell read my messages on WhatsApp and Turo and never responded. I ended up paying from my own pocket to my network for internet so I can access maps. Apparently I'm going to get $25 refunded but we'll see. I believe they will refund as they gave the cash for parking and washing. TLDR; Fantastic car, great experience to drive, but terrible hosting and service. Won't use again personally as there are other nice cars with better hosts.

Kendell’s Camaro is a great car, really fun to drive and great on the freeway hitting pretty good mpg’s considering how much grunt it has! Pick up was easy, I had to pay a small parking charge ($34 but I expect this to be refunded?) and Kendells communication was great throughout the trip. The car wasn’t clean when I picked it up & there was an issue with oil level so think it could do with a service. There was also a very loud knocking from the front drivers side fender, particularly at low speed after startup.. I passed all of the above from oil to knocking onto Kendell so I expect it will be getting fixed imminently. All in a great car, great price and would definitely rent again if the above issues were rectified.

I don’t want to misguide anybody as the car was great. However the owner could have been more professional by simply be more responsive. I had to pay the parking fee of the vehicle when I picked up which was 134dollars. I was told by Kendall that he would reimburse me but here I am still waiting to get a response from him after 6 days from my illogical payment. If you have so many cars just laying down at the public parking in downtown toronto, you better find a way to avoid irritating your customers. Maybe purchase a permanent parking spot? Anyway the owner of the vehicle is highly unresponsive as I still am waiting to be reimbursed... however if you dont care about couple hundred dollars and the headache to get your money back then go ahead you will enjoy your rental camaro.
