Returning the car: While my car does not have a zone permit sticker, it still has the ability to be parked in any 2-HOUR ZONE parking spot within a .25-mile radius of the listed pick-up/return address). It’s important to note that normal car parking regulations DO still apply such as street sweeping,no-parking signs, no parking periods, red curbs, and parking meters. If you arrive at the vehicle and there is a parking ticket please place it inside the glove compartment and contact me with the ticket number. Note: street sweeping is only active from March 1st to October 31st. If you're not renting during that time period, you don't need to worry about street sweeping!

Great value. Excellent host, fast communication

Giving 4 stars for a few technicalities. We arrived early and asked if we could move the reservation up or head to car early. We got the go ahead to get to car early and then it wasn’t even there at the long term parking where they told us to go and we walked around with all our luggage searching for over 20 minutes until we finally heard back that the car was not there and they were coming. We did still get it 15 minutes early which was nice, but was dropped off to us by someone so it did require contact.
The key situation was weird, because the owner controls the locks- so we could never lock the car which was both annoying and felt unsafe. (Although we did not try putting the key directly into the door to try and lock it thinking back- maybe that would’ve worked?)
Additionally not very clear instructions for drop off and then received no communication during the drop off process when we had questions.
Otherwise car worked well and got us where we needed to go and they did communicate with us otherwise throughout the trip.

Host made sure car was clean/Well maintenances with a full tank for a smooth trip. His response time was excellent. This was my first time renting through Turo and the host made me not second guess my discussion. I will back and hopefully he is available when I do!
