I love the idea of this app! Had an overall great experience, couple of minor issues. There was only one key for the vehicle, the truck inadvertently locked the only key in the trunk when I was packing my luggage. Company suggested that I call a locksmith to fix the issue, thankfully, the window had popped open at some point, and I was able to retrieve the key without having to do so.

Second issue, the vehicle was overall clean, but did smell of smoke from whoever previously rented it. It was just enough to be bothersome for someone that doesn’t smoke.

The check-in and checkout process on the app is a little confusing. I wish that was explained a little better during an initial email.

Overall the hosts were very responsive and helpful when needed and I would definitely use the service again !
