The parking garage was a little tricky to navigate (trying to figure out where to go to pick up) but the YouTube video was very helpful.

The Ascent was very nice and sat 6 of us comfortably for our week stay in Los Angeles.

Pick up location and pick up process were very seamless.

NOTE: I picked up the vehicle from Sunrise Garage outside of the airport.

The Subaru Ascent is perfect for our family weekend trip.

Car is perfect and the owners made pick-up and delivery easy.

Instructions included to locate the car were good since there are other agencies at the parking structure.

The only thing I would say (nothing against the car or Lucky, more some advice for people flying into LAX), getting to the pickup location is confusing because the shuttle for "budget parking" is not advertised very well.

Good trip, parking fee for $42 for airport delivery but it’s disclosed so we enjoyed it!
