The second day we had the car, it was broken into. They smashed two windows and stole our daughters baby bag. Called Cheng immediately and he guided us through the turo insurance process. We drove to his house and he dropped us off back at the space needle to finish our day. Only downfall was I should have paid for premium insurance, got mid tier level and had to fork out $500 unfortunately.
