Expectations: Most importantly we have a zero tolerance policy for smoking in or near the vehicle this is for obvious reasons as many folks may have allergies and health issues that only get exacerbated by the smell of smoke. Generally we never have few problems with this issue But by being upfront with this policy will set an expectation that reinforces a pleasant experience for you and future renters We recommend you carry in a little bit of cash and pay as you go on the toll highways this is worked out beautifully over the last few years. Please bring the tank back to full and if you feel like the car needs to have a quick cleaning you can visit ScrubaDub car wash or Golden nozzle car wash both have free vacuums and are close by to your pick up and drop off location. As a little bit of encouragement think about the fact that you are sharing the car with others so good stewardship is key.
