This was my second time booking w Robert. Both experiences have been great, cannot recommend him enough!

Car was delivered on time and I returned the favor. Car was clean and not misrepresented.

The trip was good. Communication was good however I did get a flat tire 7 miles out from drop off location. Robert was nice to reimburse half of the trip due to inconvenience.

Started the reservation 45 min late. Then asked me if I could drop the car off early. Then wanted me to pay him $20 for a car wash. Not sure how this guy has 5 stars.

Hi Stacey, we are so sorry that our willingness to be flexible and accommodate to both guest and host timelines was misunderstood as something negative. We communicated about meeting 45 mins after the set pick up time and we both agreed to that. In consideration of that we even met you closer to your home to save you time. You are the very first non 5 star review. My apologies for not meeting your expectations. Hopefully we can make another one of our many happy guests next time.
