Please call or text me anytime at (619)333-3320. You can ask for Deven or Alexis. We will gladly hand you the keys and answer any questions you may have.

We don’t want to charge these fees but will like to keep the vehicle clean sanitized for all our renters. Please treat our vehicles, like they are yours. We inspect and maintain our vehicles to keep a healthy free. So, our renters don’t have to worry anything about the vehicle. If anything was to happen to any of our vehicles while is on your possession will come and swap the vehicle for you. ADDITIONAL FEES: • If the vehicle is returned with the smell of smoke/cigarettes/marijuana, you’ll be charged $250 fee. • If vehicle is returned excessively dirty $150 detail fee. • If vehicles are returned late $75 fee. YOU CAN'T TAKE THE VEHICLE TO MEXICO. ALL OUR VEHICLES HAVE TRACKING DEVICES. NON-SMOKING. NO RACING. NO OFF-ROAD. NO EXCEEDING. NOT PET FRIENDLY. PLEASE TAKE CARE OF OUR CAR AS YOUR OWN.

No, smoking is not allowed in our vehicles. We have a strict no-smoking policy, and if smoking occurs in our vehicle, a fee will be charged. Can we take the car out of the country?
No, you are not allowed to take this vehicle out of the country. While you can take it to another sate within the U.S, it cannot be taken to another country like Mexico. Are we able to drive the car unlimited miles ?

Overall, it was a very good rental experience. The car was clean inside and out, and in excellent condition. It drove flawlessly and met our needs.
Knocking off 1 star for the pickup experience. I had to wait 45+min at the pickup location nearby the airport, which was a major inconvenience. Apparently the previous party who rented the car left a mess and it took them extra time to clean it all up. I should have been told ahead of time so I could plan accordingly. Also, the gas tank was less than 1/4 which also was not ideal as I've never rented a car that didn't have a full tank.
Deven definitely made up for it and for that, I am still leaving a 4-star review as the rest of the trip was basically flawless. Drop off was super easy and straightforward.
