Why rent from me? 1. Car is kept clean. 2. Car is well maintained and inspected to ensure you have a safe and smooth ride. 3. Pick up/drop off location is very convenient which is less than 1 mile away from the 163 and 805 freeway. *ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING OF ANY KIND IS ALLOWED* Picking up Instructions: 1. Please bring your physical and current driver license, NO PICTURES OR COPIES WILL BE ACCEPTED! 2. Come into our office and have one of my Agents help you. Give them your name and let them know you're from Turo (If you have any questions, they will be more than happy to assist you). 3. The Agent will do a quick inspection with you and you will be good to go! Returning instructions: 1. Make sure vehicle is clean (Wash-n-Go at 7959 Balboa Ave, San Diego, CA 92111. Their basic is only $5) 2. The gas tank must be filled to the same level you received it. 3. Drop off the key to one of my Agents in the office. 4. Make sure you paid any parking or toll violation you may have received.

Vehicle was in bad conditions. brakes vibrated very bad

Very friendly and understanding, the car was great, fun to drive plenty of space very clean. I would definitely rent from them again.

Waited an hour for the car. Brakes were bad, needed an oil change and tire pressure was off. They offered to fix the issues, but an hour drive to take the car back, wasn’t convenient.

So much easier than a traditional rental. Walked in and was out the door with the car in under a minute. Communication was easy. The car was nice and clean.
