My first time using Turo and first time driving a Tesla! Scott made the entire process so smooth and I had an amazing time around LA with his Model Y. He last minute arranged pickup at LAX for me, showed me all the ins and outs of driving a Tesla, and was super friendly and helpful, and very responsive. Top notch service! Highly recommend! We had a bad experience with a different host so we needed to switch vehicles at the last minutes. Needless to say, Sir Ryan and his assistant went above and beyond from helping bring the car over to us to switching us over to a different vehicle because I decided to rent longer for entire duration of our trip. His cars are clean, in good condition, no smoke odors so it’s perfects for families especially with children. He’s very attentive and responds quickly to any question. Highly recommend!

Ryan responded to all my messages quickly. He was flexible and very easy to work with. It felt like borrowing a car from a longtime friend or relative, not like a rental. The car was like new and had no issues. The ability to use the Tesla app was a game changer. Sync your phone to the car and it will unlock as you approach it. Some hosts give you the key card only. This is much better.

Ryan was very responsive and professional throughout the whole trip. The Tesla Model X was in great condition too.

Excellent host and car! Do not be intimidated by the technology! The autopilot is amazing but you have to provide input on the steering wheel every minute or so to keep it activated!

Ok, book a tesla from Howard. 100/10 would recommend. Phenomenal service, exquisite communication, fantastic vehicle. It was everything we wanted, and more. The car was clean and charged.

our 4 state - week long road trip was no match for the Model Y long range with full autopilot. The full self driving was great in the proper conditions of longer freeway stretches and other times too. There was enough room for all our luggage, cooler, sleeping pad and bedding. I'm a big guy but managed to sleep in there with my girlfriend for 4 out of 6 nights to save money and stay mobile. Scott left me with a good idea of what to expect and how to use the car's features. We had no issues what-so-ever and the in car navigation always plans safely for charging. Supercharging was cheaper than gas by about 50%! Our stops ranged from 15min-35min for charge needed.

It was raining when I picked up the car, but Scott made sure I understood how everything worked and answered any questions I had. As for the car, it was a blast! My wife really enjoyed the stereo and I really enjoyed the acceleration! Never felt so safe in a car.

This car was absolutely amazing! I was excited about driving it but Kari made my Turo experience so memorable. The vehicle was clean and charged. I had so many questions and she answered all of them and responded promptly. Kari went above and beyond so I will definitely be renting again from her!

Great communicators throughout the entire process and does a great job working with you! For my first time I was thoroughly happy! And appreciate the support due to travel changes. I did notice there was a bloody alcohol pad looking tissue left in the front compartment of the car. Grossed us out and so we avoided that area.

Pickup and drop off were very convenient. It’s a nice car and fun to drive but be aware that you will need to charge overnight at home or end up taking it to super chargers quite frequently.
