Vehicle will have a Full tank of regular fuel at pick up. Please be sure to return the vehicle completely full with regular gasoline, only! Turo automatically adds a $10 convenience fee + my cost of refueling if not completely full. (Consider the prepaid refueling option) Denver Airport has a gas station at the cell phone lot with normal gas prices. NO SMOKING!! Please, absolutely no smoking of any kind in the vehicle including vaping, marijuana, cigarettes or transporting of CBD oils, etc. Minimum fees range from $150-250 to remove odor or for burn repairs. This is a courtesy to both the next guests as well as my family. This expectation is not to be taken lightly! Keep in mind a lost key can be very costly. Typically, replacement costs are a minimum of $350 + $0.55 a mile round trip or overnight delivery to get the spare key to your location. Please keep the key in a safe place. FAQ
Connecting to the Bluetooth
Use your device/phone to search for the 'Toyota RAV4' Bluetooth signal. (Do not use the 'MB' signal) Once connected, push the center console wheel forward to get to the Audio tab on the upper left. Then select the 'AUX' option at the bottom of the list. Next, play music on your device and turn the volume all the way up on your phone/device before turning up the volume on the vehicle.
Does the primary driver need to be present at pick up?
Turo requires that the vehicle can ONLY be released to the Primary driver with their valid driver's license on hand at pick-up. If you can't make it for pickup and you're the primary on the reservation, you'll need to contact Turo support directly to cancel and re-book the reservation in your companion(s)' name.
* Adding a driver is done entirely through the Turo app.
* If that driver is new to Turo, please ensure you leave a day or two for Turo approval.
How do Tolls work?
Vehicle is equipped with a toll transponder for your convenience. This will work on E470, C470, I25, I70 corridor into the mountains and the Northwest Parkway towards Boulder. Fees will accumulate and a reimbursement request will be sent to you after the trip ends, once CDOT provides the cost.

This was my first time renting through Turo and Hao really helped me have a great experience. Hao was professional in his communication and provided concise directions on the check in/check out process and promptly responded to messages I sent.
