Vehicle will have a Full tank of premium unleaded fuel at pick up. Please be sure to return the vehicle completely full with premium unleaded gasoline, only! Turo automatically adds a $10 convenience fee + my cost of refueling if not completely full. (Consider the prepaid refueling option) Denver Airport has a gas station at the cell phone lot with normal gas prices. NO SMOKING!! Please, absolutely no smoking of any kind in the vehicle including vaping, marijuana, cigarettes or transporting of CBD oils, etc. Minimum fees range from $150-250 to remove odor or for burn repairs. This is a courtesy to both the next guests as well as my family. This expectation is not to be taken lightly! Keep in mind a lost key can be very costly. Typically, replacement costs are a minimum of $350 + $0.55 a mile round trip or overnight delivery to get the spare key to your location. Please keep the key in a safe place. * Connecting to the Bluetooth
*Check your phone’s Settings to ensure Bluetooth is activated. On the right-hand side of your InControl Touch Pro display, select “Tap to connect phone.” This makes your Land Rover discoverable. On your mobile device, select your Land Rover from the Bluetooth devices menu. Accept the Bluetooth pairing request on both your device and your InControl Touch Pro display. You’ve now completed your Land Rover Bluetooth phone pairing!
Does the primary driver need to be present at pick up?
Turo requires that the vehicle can ONLY be released to the Primary driver with their valid driver's license on hand at pick-up. If you can't make it for pickup and you're the primary on the reservation, you'll need to contact Turo support directly to cancel and re-book the reservation in your companion(s)' name. * Adding a driver is done entirely through the Turo app. * If that driver is new to Turo, please ensure you leave a day or two for Turo approval.
* How do Tolls work?
Vehicle is equipped with a toll transponder for your convenience. This will work on E470, C470, I25, I70 corridor into the mountains and the Northwest Parkway towards Boulder. Fees will accumulate and a reimbursement request will be sent to you after the trip ends, once CDOT provides the cost.
