Vehicle will have a FULL tank of premium unleaded fuel at pick up. Please be sure to return the vehicle completely FULL with premium unleaded gasoline, only! Turo automatically adds a $10 inconvenience fee + the cost of refueling if car is returned not completely full. (Consider the prepaid refueling option if concerned you won't have enough time to refuel before returning). Denver Airport has a gas station at the cell phone lot with normal gas prices. ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING!! Please, absolutely no smoking of any kind in the vehicle including vaping, marijuana, cigarettes or transporting of CBD oils, etc. Minimum fees range from $150-250 to remove odor or for burn repairs. ABSOLUTELY NO PETS! Having any type of pet in the car may result in similar fees for smell/fur extraction and repairs. Please follow these guidelines as this not only a courtesy to future guests, but my family as well. This expectation is not to be taken lightly! Keep in mind a lost key can be very costly. Typically, replacement costs are a minimum of $350 + $0.55 a mile round trip or overnight delivery to get the spare key to your location. Please keep the key in a safe place during your trip. *Connecting to the Bluetooth
* Make sure Bluetooth is activated on your mobile device. Turn Audi on, and put the vehicle in PARK. (external audio input is in the glove box). click to search Bluetooth equipment wait phone search " Chelink CarElite" to click partnership. The system will now begin searching for devices and connect to your phone. Next, play music on your device and turn the volume all the way up on your phone/device before turning up the volume on the vehicle.
Does the primary driver need to be present at pick up?
Turo requires that the vehicle can ONLY be released to the Primary driver with their valid driver's license on hand at pick-up. If you can't make it for pickup and you're the primary on the reservation, you'll need to contact Turo support directly to cancel and re-book the reservation in your companion(s)' name. * Adding a driver is done entirely through the Turo app/Website. * If that driver is new to Turo, please ensure you leave a day or two for Turo to approve the new driver.
*How do Tolls work?
Vehicle is equipped with a toll transponder for your convenience. This will work on E470, C470, I25, I70 corridors into the mountains and the Northwest Parkway towards Boulder. Fees will be accumulated and a reimbursement request will be sent to you through Turo after the trip ends, once CDOT provides the total amount due during the trip.
