No smoking /would cost you from $200-$$$ A devise that monitors the health of the car is located under the dashboard and cannot be unplugged. If unplugged we charge $250 in addition to that we will apply the penalties stated on tour safety and other rules and regulations.

Estifanos is great! His car is clean and super cool. A great car to jump out of town to grab a hike. It is great on gas and is safe and comfortable. Rent from Estifanos.. just not when I need it. ha!

My rental time with Estifo was great. His communication was good and easy. Smooth transaction. The car was nice clean and drove smooth.

Host was not pleasant to deal with. He has some kind of monitor device plug under the steering wheel and it keep falling off, he started to accused us tempered with it, and keep calling to harass us.

Summary: Estifo will find every possible excuse to nickel and dime you, he doesn't communicate at all, and you will have a miserable and stressful experience renting from him. Details: I booked the car Wednesday morning until Sunday morning. Meeting Estifo was already a huge red flag, because upon meeting me he bragged that he had charged the last renter "$150 for scratching up the rims." He pointed out the scratches to me and I could hardly even see them, I'd say the damage was worth maybe $10. I decided to go through with the rental because I felt bad backing out. I returned from my trip Saturday night, washed the outside of the car, and noticed I was over the mileage limit. Oh well, I thought, maybe I could ask him to pay for a few more days in exchange for him unofficially giving me extra daily miles, and then just use it around town. If he doesn't want that, he can just decline the request and I'll pay the miles. So I sent him a 2-day extension request, and I wrote, "Please accept it ONLY IF it comes with extra miles." So what do you think he did? He accepted the extension request, wrote that he's "not sure" if he'll give me extra miles, and then ghosted me the rest of the day. Finally, on Sunday night, after about a dozen messages and calls, and after I don't need to use the car anymore anyway, he looked at a photo of my odometer that I texted him and confirmed by text that he "won't charge me because he doesn't consider me over the mileage limit." Success, right? Wrong. I came to return the car to him on Monday morning, and he suddenly said, "I counted, and it's BETTER FOR ME if I charge you for both extra days AND extra miles." So much for agreeing in writing not to charge me! He then looked over the car, found three fingerprints on it, and claimed I left him "a dirty car." I wiped off the fingerprints in front of him. I asked him to reconsider the extra miles that he had promised not to charge, but he walked off saying he's in a rush to get to work, and he didn't even let me take "after rental" pictures as required. After the return, he charged me for two extra days, all the extra miles at the maximum rate, and a $50 cleaning fee! He also messaged me claiming that I "spilled drinks" in his car. I didn't even have drinks except water in the car, and I certainly didn't spill anything. Luckily, Turo doesn't believe most of his fraudulent claims, so they reversed his cleaning fee, and the second day of the extension, but I still got charged for both one day of extension (while I couldn't use the car since I was waiting for the host's confirmation that he wouldn't charge for extra miles!) AND for all the extra miles at the maximum rate. Don't do business with Estifo unless you want to get tricked out of your money. I've rented similar cars from rental car companies and other hosts- they are flexible, logical, honest, and communicative; Estifo is not and shouldn't be a host.
