I’ve used Turo on numerous occasions, but Jack’s vehicle and service was by far the best I’d had. The BMW was exceptional and clean. Full luxury for a very fair price. Jack met me to deliver the car, let me extend the rental last minute, and even personally drove to my home to return my daughter’s iPhone that she forgot in the vehicle. Amazing service… I will most definitely rent again!!.

Good handling, well tuned, clean and with all necessary features. Also good fuel milage. Value for money was unmatched. I'm grateful to Terrell and his vehicle for making our trip a success. This was my first time using Turo and it was an excellent experience! The vehicle was exactly as advertised, in great condition and really fun to drive. I needed to call Patrick a couple of times with a question about connecting my phone to the car, and he answered right away with easy directions to follow. I couldn't be happier with my experience and look forward to connecting with him on Turo again.

Great car! All sorts of amenities that made for a great experience. The auto unlock didn't work for us, but with above average hosting, Janet's jusband came out and unlocked for us an advised on how to lock it up at the end of our trip... which were able to do. would def rent ths car again!
