I had a great ride with Caropolis. They made it easy to find the car, it was clean and very nice. They were on time and responsive and made it really easy to pick up the car. We were in a accident, another car backed into us, and they responded pleasantly and helpfully. I would definitely recommend!

Dave was very easy to communicate with and made my first experience pleasant in terms of customer service. However, I had maintenance issues with the actual vehicle that started the day I got it which tainted the experience. I would still consider renting in the future but I’d definitely go for a more up to date vehicle, especially for the price I paid!
