Great car. Clean and efficient. Easy to find and customer service was outstanding.

Everything was easy and great! They were accommodating with schedule changes which I’m so appreciative of. My only issue was the car did have a small smokey smell which was rough on my daughter with asthma. I noticed when I first got in each time, but didn’t notice it anymore after a minute or so.

Andrey had good customer service. I needed to change my dates and he was understanding and helpful.

The Toyota RAV4 was a great option for us traveling with our baby and we needed space for luggage and bags. Vehicle was as advertised and drove well! We took a quick Uber ride to the pick-up lot which was a little trouble for our driver to find because the address on the building is camouflaged by decorative greenery. However, upon closer inspection the second time around and using context clues from neighboring address numbers, we found it! The staff was quick with the keys and we were able to load up and head out in no time. We were also running late on our return due to severe traffic (I underestimated how bad LA traffic is) and Andrey was flexible with our check out time. They are a business with experience and efficiency in mind for the guests!
