The car was great but the shuttle never showed to take me. This was incredibly frustrating bc my flight came in at 11:30 and I waited until 1:00am for a shuttle. Although this isn’t the hosts issue I feel I should have been told this could be an issue. Also the parking refund isn’t done through them. You need to submit info through TURO. I feel like the info is misleading.

Anitra, we’re very sorry for the inconvenience. The shuttle is operated by LAX , and unfortunately we have no control over their schedule or delays.
Regarding the parking refund — all payments go through Turo, and any refund must be requested directly in the app. We appreciate your feedback and will clarify this better in our listing.
