a wonderful economic 7 seaters suv KIA Sorento black in black in a great condition it has all the basic option and it has a third row seat to fit 7 people or to flip down the 3rd raw seat to have larger luggage spoace its 2.4 L engine 4 cylinders its really economic in gas for short or long trips

Easy pickup, clear instructions, car was clean and drove great!

Everything great with the car, runs smoothly and spacious enough for all 6 of us, drove all over LA, back and forth from Palmdale. Great car rental however we ran into a bit of issues suddenly with starting the car, we had to change a battery terminal but host reimbursed for our trouble.

Literally the worst experience ever. The car was a wreck, after few days we realized the tires are falling apart and we dealt with constant air leak. Owner refused to come and fix the problem, so I had to spend 2 hours to get to his destination, wait 2 hours to get the tires replaced and then go 2 hours back.
It was still not the worst though. When we travelled from LA to SF with my girlfriend, the alternator got broken so we got into very dangerous and tricky situation. Even though the owner said it is safe to drive the car, the electronics and hydraulics stopped working so we almost had an accident.
I spent the whole day of looking for new alternator and person to fix it, owner did not bother to help and the only thing he cared about was me finding the cheapest way to fix it. He didn't care how bad and dangerous our situation was, he only cared about how much money the repair will cost. Eventually, he REFUSED TO PAY for the repair, so I almost had a crash, I wasted whole day of fixing his car instead of enjoying my vacation and he still owes me $665! Never ever again. Turo wasn't helpful either, they treat you well until some problem occurs. Their support is terrible, they keep transferring my from one agent to another and they refused to help with refunding the money for the repair.

It’s a discount trials by claiming a tire is bad and he wanted to replace it and I pay, I refused and offered to shorten the trip or to bring it here to get the tire changed
Next he said he is at SF and the car needs alternator I told let turo replace the car and send the car with roadside assistance he said I already replaced the Alt and asked me to pay , when the car is back we find out no alternator was changed

Vehicle has multiple minor scratches, a bumper hole and a small crack on the windshield. Despite the mileage and wear, the car still worked great.

This car even with your review has a review rate of 4.95 out of 5 which means it is great car by the opinions of 49 different guests
About minor scratches it’s a 2014 should has some wear and tear but it’s working great even by your words
Also please don’t forget that you got a 7 seaters suv in LA at Christmas for 35$ a Day in a flawless SUV , you are getting what you paid for and even more and by logic if you want it scratch less go to a 2022 and 2023 should be scratch less but expensive
