I booked another vehicle and the host cancelled my booking less than 24 hours of my trip…I was able to find this vehicle with the help of turo within ten minutes of the cancelled trip and all I can say is that I am so glad that, that happened and was able to book w Innokenity. He was more than over accommodating and has excellent customer service. The car itself ran very well no issue at all. Booking again for another upcoming event.

Great car and service. Pricepoint was just right. Location of vehicle was easier to drop on than pick up due to LAX rules but it was easy enough and no more difficult than renting a car. Vehicle was clean and reliable. Host was very responsive.
