Car was amazing! Definitely would book again. Toro was responsive and very helpful!

our original Turo that we arranged to be picked up and dropped off at the airport was not available and Turo recommended this vehicle. it was advertised as airport pick up and drop off, but was not It was about a 15 minute walk to a panda express public parking lot with a lockbox located on the wheel, we made the mistake of not taking before pictures but we did take after pictures and when they found a tiny <1”spot on the paint they sent us a bill for $1700 claiming collision and bumper replacement needed .We contacted Turo and they took care of everything and made sure that we did not have to pay the outrageous bill and so far, have not received any issues with Turo. other than these issues, the car was a great price and because of Turo we will definitely use Turo again, but will always recommend taking before pictures and a video very thoroughly. thank you, Turo for taking care of this matter.
