If the vehicle is smoked in, The fee $500 will be applied. • No pets are allowed in the vehicle. The fee will be applied up to $500. • Each wheel scrape will result in a $250 fee. • Any parking tickets incurred during the rental period will be the responsibility of the driver. • Each time the car will be photographed before and after the rental. Any damage or curb rash to the wheels will incur a repair fee of $500 each. Please be careful when parallel parking. • The car has to be returned in the same condition as received. Car interior and exterior photos will be taken before and after each trip. Please drive responsibly. Any damage done to the vehicle inside/outside is renter’s responsibility. • Car Washes - Hand wash ONLY! This car should not go through the tunnel at the car wash. This may scratch the wheels in which you would be responsible for. The Best alternative will be the Post Trip Cleaning Extra! Leave the cleaning to us, it will be easier this way! • All trash and bottles must be removed from the vehicle before your trip ends. You will be subject to a $100 cleaning fee if the vehicle is left with trash everywhere. • We DO NOT allow our vehicles to be driven out of state. If you are planning on driving out of state, please do not request one of our cars. • We DO NOT allow our vehicles to be utilized for festival transportation, including but not limited to Coachella. There is a $2500 fine for any car that is taken to Coachella without permission.
