Document the Incident: Take photos of the accident scene, damage to the vehicle, and the other party's insurance card and identification. 4. Contact Me: Send the photos and a description of the incident to me so I can file a damage report with Turo.

Car is fantastic, clean, easy to drive, easy pickup location. Cheng helped when Turo did a last minute cancel on a different car( safety issue). Wedding weekend and personally important for this grandmother!
