To make sure we both have a smooth experience, please review these guidelines. If you have any questions, just ask! 📍 Where Can You Go? 🚫 No border crossings! The adventure stays within the U.S.—Mexico and Canada trips are not allowed. ✨ Keeping It Clean & Fresh 🚭 No Smoking/Vaping – Let’s keep the cabin smelling fresh! Any evidence of smoking will result in a cleaning fee. 🐾 No Pets Allowed – As much as I love animals, this car is a fur-free zone. ⛽ Gas & Charging 🛢️ Premium Fuel Only (91 Octane) – Please refill to full before returning. Forgot? No worries—I’ll refill it for you, but a refueling fee will apply. Upload a pic of the gas receipt in the Turo app or leave it in the glovebox. 🔋 Mild Hybrid System – While this car has a hybrid assist system, no external charging is needed. Just drive as you normally would! ⏳ Return Time & Extensions 📆 On-Time Returns – Please return the car on time to avoid late fees. Need more time? Request an extension through the Turo app before your trip ends. 🧼 Return It Clean – The car will be professionally detailed before your trip. Please return it in the resonable condition to avoid cleaning fees. 🚦 Parking, Tolls & Tickets 💰 Tolls & Parking Fees – You’re responsible for any tolls or parking fees during your trip. If you get a ticket, please pay it promptly to avoid extra charges. 🚓 Drive Responsibly – Follow all traffic laws and speed limits. This car is equipped with monitoring devices for security. 🅿️ SNA Airport Delivery & 💰 Parking Fees – SNA terminal parking offers a 15-minute grace period. The car was clean and neat. The host also had two bottles of water for us. We only needed the car for a day and it was great for all our needs. I’d book this car with this host again coming to OC. This was an excellent Turo experience.
