Your SAFETY and SATISFACTION are my TOP PRIORITY. * For Contactless Pick up: - Please upload a photo of your driver's license to trip photos - Please upload a photo of yourself holding your license - The key is in a black pouch inside the glovebox or a lockbox on the driver's side window Note: You can upload these photos easily by going to your reservation page and scrolling down where it says, “Add Photos.” Return: - Cleaning: return the car in the same condition as received. - Notify me of the location and time of return by SMS or Turo Message - For contactless return, please put the key in the INNER pocket of the pouch, leave the pouch in the glove box, and then lock the car. Please notify me of your drop-off time 30 mins in advance. Otherwise, you will be responsible for any potential parking fee incurred beyond 30 mins. Other requirements: - The renter is responsible for all fines, tickets, and tolls. Tolls managed by FastTrack are charged to my account automatically. Please let me know before the trip end so that I can send you the toll charge. For tolls not managed by FastTrack, you are responsible for paying them on the corresponding website. - If you need more time, please ask for an extension 24 hours beforehand. If the car is available, we will gladly accommodate you. - No pets, smoking, or marijuana allowed in the car (a cleaning fee of up to $250 could be charged). - Only REGISTERED Turo guests who made the reservation are permitted to operate the vehicle. Do I need to charge the battery when bringing it back?
Yes, please bring it back with the same level of the battery. I understand that you might not have time to charge it. No worries! I only charge $20 for an empty battery (just enough to pay for the electricity).
Does your X5 come with HOV sticker?
Yes. This X5 Hybrid has a current carpool stick that allows single occupancy vehicle to use HOV lane.
How early can I check in the car?
You can check in as early as 1 hour before the scheduled trip starts time per Turo policy. Please check the details here, https://help.turo.com/en_us/checking-in-a-guest-H1gsHEg4c.
Do I need to clean the vehicle before returning it?
Yes, please bring back the car in the same cleanness as received.
