• Do I need to fill the car with gas before returning?

  If you do not purchase pre-paid fuel the car needs to be returned at its original fuel level. If car is brought back not at its original fuel level you will be charged to replace the fuel plus a $10 admin fee charged direct from Turo. If you purchase the prepaid fuel option car will come full of fuel and you can return it on any fuel level.

• Do I need to return car clean?

  Yes, If there is any excessive cleaning needed such as: animal hair, food stains, water stains, beach sand, or excessive mud in which we have to shampoo the seats or mats Turo will charge up to a $250 cleaning fee. We do offer the option to purchase a post trip LIGHT cleaning for $20 to avoid the $50 cleaning fee. This post trip cleaning does not cover excessive cleaning only light cleaning such as light dirt on the outside and dust and crumbs on the inside

• Can I go OFF-ROADING?

  NO OFF-ROADING. Turo Policy requires cars be driven on paved roads. Any damages done to to suspension, steering, electrical, drive train, frame damage, brakes, etc. will be reported and claims will be made. I monitor and track my vehicle daily.

• Late and Early arrivals?

  Please return the car on time, Other renters may be waiting on that car. Turo bills in increments of an hour (i.e, if the car is 15 minutes late, the renter is responsible for the first hour's late fee, and not 1/4 of that late fee. In event of very excessive lateness, additional fines may be assessed. Late fees are $50hour, up to $200. May you be needing a few more minutes, please communicate with me.

• Can I smoke in the car?

  No Smoking allowed in the car. If there is any lingering smell, Turo will charge up to a $250 cleaning fee. If we find cigarette or any other type of ash in the car or have an odor of smoke found in the car, there will be a clean up fee. The cars we rent here on Turo, we do not personally drive/

• What if I get a parking ticket?

  Parking Tickets need to be paid directly by you once you get the ticket. If you fail to pay the parking ticket you will be charged for the ticket, plus any penalties, and a $25 admin fee charged directly by Turo.

• Is there parking available to leave my personal vehicle?

  Yes! You can drive your personal vehicle to my home address and leave your car parked for 2-3 days. Ask for more information.
