Car is located in Economy Lot at Indy airport. Entry to lot is free for your ride as long as they are in and out within 15 minutes. Car is always located near a shelter/shuttle stop in the economy lot. We will provide specific location on day of pickup.

How do I access Apple CarPlay/Android Auto?
1. Choose your music source (AUX/AM/FM) using the stereo controls. If you want to use the phone for music, make sure you set the input to AUX 2 in the Mercedes menu. There is a USB port in the center console that is separate from the 2 side by side ports in the console. Plug your phone into this port. 2. Once you choose your music source and the phone plugged into the port outlined above, then you will PRESS AND HOLD THE STAR BUTTON FOR 3 SECONDS. This button is located on the console to the upper right on the round control knob. 3. We recommend using Waze or your phone navigation app for navigation through the CarPlay/Android Auto interface in step 2. It is a more robust navigation platform than the factory Mercedes navigation system.

Brian was by far the best host I’ve booked from while using Turo. Communication was easy and the response time was very quick. The pickup and drop off instructions were very detailed and made both my arrival and departure from the Indy airport as easy as possible. Upon my arrival, there was a gift bag which was unexpected and greatly appreciated. The vehicle was well kept and easy to locate. I’m still amazed at the immediate response from him while messaging through the Turo app! Again, of all the hosts I’ve booked from while using Turo, Brian has been the best by far and I look forward to booking with him again in the future most definitely! 10/10!!
