Its easy to connect your phone to the bluetooth. the car is very clean inside. Zero stars if possible. Had engine issues shortly after pickup and Luciano preferred to brag about owning 50 cars instead of the safety of his customers. Zero accommodations to switch to one of his “50 other cars” and so I had a lovely phone call with Turo who apologized for his behavior and said they would refund me fully. I saved my messages with him for further proof with Turo.

That's not what happened, you called me and asked for a bigger car, since you saw I have a lot of them, then I told you over 50 cars, 3 hrs later you called me saying you want a full refund because the car has problems with the engine, but no light on the dash was showing that. car is driving perfectly fine. agreed to give you a partial refund since you already have used the car and returned with half a tank.

Car was clean, full of gas, and easy to find. It rattles a little bit, because it’s a bit old. But it got us where we wanted to go. I would recommend him and his vehicles. Don’t expect brand new cars with all the bells and whistles. These vehicles are gently used. We were happy.
