The car seat back lever was not working, the key fab needed new batteries and when I contacted the host, he said 2 things, "you night have wet it" (2nd day) or "if I didn't like the vehicle to bring it back?!" (This was my 1st time using Turo. I had to spend $$ to pick up my car and then make plans for my vacation) I have no time to do what he said! I bought new key fab batteries and asked for reimbursement, and he chose not to respond and I did not get reimbursed! I Would not recommend this host!!!

Rental for about 15 days. First time Turo user, I was originally going to rate this a 5 star, however the vehicle started showing the check engine light on then eventually had the tpms and traction control lights On intermittently. Luciano quickly diagnosed the problem and reassured me that the vehicle is fine and can be driven without problems. True enough, we were able to use the vehicle within the city and the freeway to the North Shore without the vehicle breaking down. Kudos to Luciano for the smooth and easy check in and return process. I picked up and dropped off the vehicle at the HNL airport parking garage, both contactless.
