Tavoi made this trip easy and convenient. She dropped off the vehicle at a convenient location, was punctual. She also picked up the vehicle where I was at and saved me a trip to drop it off for her. The windshield even got cracked while I was driving and she took care of it without any heartache. Definitely will book her again and will refer friends and family. Aloha Tavii and muchos mahalos!!

Our family refers to Tavoi as our "Vacation Angel". She was able to rent us a car earlier in the week after someone else cancelled on us last minute as I detailed in a previous review. Then she came through again after another snafu. We return the Sportage on a Friday evening as we were going to pick up another car that was part of a hotel package on another part of the island. On Saturday morning we were told that the car we were going to pick up at 9 am would not be available until 630pm. We were so frustrated as that delayed our valuable vacation time. We reached out to Tavoi and she was able to get us on our way within 90 minutes. (And the car had been cleaned from we dropped it off the evening before!).
