Kindly note - We have a strict 🚭 No Smoking, No Pets allowed policy. Any evidence of smoking or pet hair will lead to cleaning charges up to $250 as per Turo Policy. --------------------------------------------------- Cars are delivered to you detail cleaned, please ensure cars are returned in same condition. Post cleaning of car can be paid upfront, this will cover basic vacuum inside and basic wash outside. This will not cover spills or stains or any cleaning that will require more than basic wash and vacuum. ---------------------------------------------------- We will go out of our way to provide a super positive experience for you. And we strive for your positive reviews. But we do have costs to cover some of the services we provide but we are very transparent about all the charges, thus kindly review our guidelines and FAQs section

FAQ

  • Refueling

    The cars will be delivered to you full, kindly return them full. We can gladly refuel for you; we charge the cost of fuel plus a $10 re-fueling service fee.

  • Parking Tickets or Traffic Violations

    Kindly inform us about any tickets or violations you receive during the trip. Best practice is to pay the fines online right away. If you fail to pay the ticket or violations in a timely manner and it arrives to us as a notice. We will pay on your behalf and you will responsible for the cost of the ticket/violation/any late fees plus a $25 processing fee. Kindly note processing tickets/violations is a time-consuming task, hence the processing fee to cover admin costs.

  • Toll Roads

    Most of our cars are equipped with a Fastrak Toll Road device. If not, we can install one for you before the trip. If you use Toll Roads, we will charge the actual toll charges plus a $10 processing fee, this is a one-time fee for your entire trip. Most traditional car rental companies charge the tolls and $19.95 per trip for Toll processing, thus is a discounted charge for your convenience. Kindly note the fees are for maintaining these toll devices and administrative time it takes for us to assign and process these charges to the respective renter through Turo.

  • Gas Grade

    Please refuel the car based on the minimum gas grade indicated on the inside of the gas cap. Generally most of our cars are Luxury and require 91 Octane gas. Kindly leave a copy of the gas receipts in the Glove Box at the end of the rental.

Sir picked up the vehicle without my consent or acknowledgment prior to my end time. Wasn’t able to take pictures of the car as Turo expects me to after the time is done. Also wasn’t able to clean, wash, or put gas in the gas. I parked in the only parking lot P6 in LAX because I couldn’t park on the side of the terminal to give my friend his belongings before he departed for his flight. I left the key in the car quickly went to the terminal returned and the owner took the car knowing that my time ended was at 3pm. Extremely professional

So you parked the car at LAX at the exact spot P6, top floor as I delivered it to and you were supposed to return it to - with Key inside and unlocked ??? You left it damaged and trashed with less fuel and everything was photographed by me and a witness when I picked it up at the airport parking. And now your excuse of not having photos from your side to dispute all this is that it was not picked up with your consent ???
