I had to rent a vehicle close by last minute and booked Erick’s car to be picked up in just an hour. Erick was able to get the car ready so quickly to accommodate my needs. The car is clean overall and drives great.

Worst experience ever! They don’t know how to take care of the car. When I pick up the car if shows service over due for 1300 miles and he just ask me to ignore it. After 5 days returned the car, suddenly text me said they found dog hairs in the car and ask me to pay for it. because he think the hair length is similar to my profile picture dog’s hair( my picture is a hand drawing picture) ridiculous! I never had anyone or animal in the car during the entire trip, also washed the car before I drop off. Try to stay away from this lender to avoid any unnecessary dispute!
