PLEASE READ; do not select “Denver, CO 80249” location (your request will not be responded to if you do), as we do not have the car at that location. There is a delivery fee for this car you are renting. To avoid Airport Fees, in additions to the delivery fee, select “Denver Airport Center” located at 7030 Tower Road, Denver CO Denver, instead of Denver International Airport since the airport requires that Turo collect and remit a fee for all airport reservations. Car will be located at airport shuttle lot for pickup and drop off. Please let me know ahead of time if you have any special request and I will do my best to accommodate if given notice ahead of time. Car is 4x4/AWD, so you won’t have issues if needed in snow. Car is expected to be ran through a wash, vacuumed, and in the same clean condition the guest received it in. NO SMOKING (tobacco, marijuana, etc.),

Great pick up location for those coming from the airport. The SUV was very clean. However, it makes a loud squeaking sound when driving. You are required to wash and vacuum the SUV before drop off. We followed all the instructions and filled it up at the recommended gas station and took pictures of the gas level. However, when the owner picked up the SUV, the gas level was lower than what was shown in my photo. Therefore, I was charged gas and an inconvenience fee. Not sure how this would have happened, unless a leak or something wrong with the gas meter.

This vehicle fit all of our needs. It had plenty of space for our family and luggage. It was a super convenient pick up through a shuttle from Denver airport. Thank you so much!

Specific instructions from Brian- need to update messages regarding customer instructions that are in line with Turo policies. GMC Yukon is a big rig just what we needed for our trip to CO. The car needs some engine work- I’m not sure what the issues are but the check engine light kept coming on, and it occasionally took a few tries when starting the car. Brian doesn’t respond as quick as I would like when renting a car from Turo, typical response time would be anywhere from 3-5 hours.
