What a great Ford Bronco this was! Loi was excellent to work with. Great communication. First time I have ever used TURO And it was a smooth experience. I never once was confused on what to do. Loi had everything easy to figure out and do. Next time we’re in Denver we will definitely be renting a vehicle for Loi again.

My husband and I rented this vehicle for a trip to Estes Park after flying in to Denver. Pickup at the airport went well. If you haven’t driven a bronco, it is a smaller suv (if you’re used to a full size- we drive a palisade and expedition max) and I wouldn’t recommend it for more than 3 people with luggage. It worked great for the two of us. The bronco had amazing gas mileage- 27 mpg for our trip and we drove it for almost a week on the same tank of gas it had when we picked it up. We drove it up Trail Ridge Road and it handled great and helped us feel confident on the somewhat scary drive up the mountain. Highly recommend and would rent again.

The rental experience with Loi was the most painful car rental experience I have ever had. Here are all the various issues: 1. Says free airport pickup but in reality you have to go to a parking lot that is 15 min away from the airport. We arrived and had to wait for the shuttle for over 30 min. Half the people waiting with us couldn’t get on because the shuttle was full. The shuttle driver is rude and don’t help with bags. 2. We finally get to the lot and have to contact Loi to ask for the code of the lockbox- didn’t hear back from him for 40 min. 3. You get paragraphs and paragraphs worth of instructions as well as warnings. One of them being “lot of windshield chips happening so please be careful or we will charge you $500 for it” and we see the car had a tiny chip so I documented that in the trip pics. 4. The car itself drove fine but was as basic as they come. 5. Time to drop off the car, again paragraphs of instructions. He asks you to then wash the car as a “friend” not a requirement. Are you kidding me? We pay a premium and you want people to wash the car too. 6. Also, a warning about increased car theft. Meanwhile he wants us to leave the car unlocked. 7. Again waiting for shuttle to take us to the airport from this lot took so long that I had to spend $30 on a lyft. 8. Overall we spent $29 to get out of the parking lot and then another $30 because we couldn’t get a shuttle. At this point, if you’re having people pay for the parking lots and not just meeting them why not park in the closer airport parking and save us all this trouble. Never ever renting from him again.
