Will car come activated with toll pass?
Car will have license plate that is registered with the toll roads that is accessible at all toll roads and bridges. We will ask for reimbursement at end of trip and payable via Turo app.
Does gas need to be filled? What octane gas do I use?
Car will usually come with a full tank of Unleaded 87 gas. Please return it at same fuel level fuel. Please note travelers are responsible for bringing back the vehicle with the same gas level as when it is picked up, as per Turo policy. If not filled, it would be actual cost of gas + $10 inconvenience fee.
Is there smoking permitted in the car?
NO SMOKING! If there is any lingering smell cigarette, marijuana, vaping smell we will report to Turo. Turo can charge in excess $150 for detail and cleaning services.
Do we have to clean the car when returning?
Customer is not expected to clean or disinfect the vehicle before returning. However, if the vehicle is in a condition that only could have been caused by irresponsible or abusive behavior, we will report to Turo. Turo customer support will then review the evidence and charge a cleaning violation of $150 and possible removal from Turo. Great people to rent from
Larisa
3 stars because car wasn’t ready when I arrived. I had to wait 15 minutes. The front headlight was out and tire pressure for drivers side tire was at 21 psi. After going back and forth did give me money for me to put air in tire. The vehicle had a smell to it. I am willing to give them another try if I need to rent again. I know others have had good experiences with the other vehicles thymes have rented.

Customer service a pickup was great, however there was a fast leak in tire which had to be inflated 5x. Also thermostat and radiator were malfunctioning causing a warning light, and driver seat doesn’t operate correctly in forward/back mode and vehicle had a light animal order.

Picked up car and while driving away noticed tire pressure warning. Pulled over at a gas station to top up but then noticed both Front tires were completely worn out, smooth on the edges ! Car was not road worthy in those conditions so had to return it.
Owner should better maintain their cars.
