PLEASE READ; To avoid Airport Fees (The airport requires that Turo collect and remit a fee for your airport trip) select “Denver Airport Center” located at 7030 Tower Road, Denver CO Denver, instead of Denver International Airport. This is to save you from having to pay the Airport fee. Car will be located at airport shuttle lot for pickup and drop off. Please let me know ahead of time if you have any special request and I will do my best to accommodate if given notice ahead of time. Car is 4x4/AWD, so you won’t have issues if needed in snow. Car is expected to be ran through a wash, vacuumed, and in the same clean condition the guest received it in. One day rentals: we do not deliver for one day rentals. You will need to take an uber or Lyft to and from the car for your one day rental. We are a 15 min drive away from the airport. NO SMOKING (tobacco, marijuana, etc.),

If picking up or dropping off the car doesn’t work with our schedule and we are not able to meet you at the terminal of the airport, the pick up and drop off location will be pikes peak shuttle airport lot or USAirport shuttle lot. Guest is responsible for the first $8 in parking upon pickup and we will cover the remaining amount if it is to go over.

Return without trash, food and beverage spills inside vehicle. NO SMOKING (tobacco, marijuana, etc.), please! Car must be returned washed and vacuumed in the same clean condition received. Fees will apply if the car is returned dirty.

The car was very dirty inside. Of course it is not a new car but at list it should looks like it was recently cleaned. The tire pressure lamp is on, so I stopped few times ti check tge tire pressure. The owner doesn't care about the car.

Oleksandr, thank you for your response. Unfortunately the tire pressure is some thing that I cannot control here in this region. With the major temperature swings from -10° all the way up to 100+ degrees, it is very difficult to keep the tire pressure consistent, thus resulting in the light going on/off. I certainly do take care of may cars. Some prior reservations have not taken care of the car. You will be happy to know, at the end of the winter, The car will be gone through and restored.

Okay so our communication with Brian was great! He responded quickly and was always ready to answer any questions we got. So our communication with him is something that I am grateful for. There is a hidden fee that I wish they would just tell you up front PRIOR to booking it. Now for the car.- Heard the phrase “get what you pay for?” Well this one ran absolutely true. There was a 40 dollar convenience fee option for cleaning the car but to be honest when we got it, it was already full of dust and dirty, so that was kind of obnoxious. The maintenance light was on the whole time but the next day the check engine light came on, and the car started shaking a bit and wouldn’t go past 60. We stopped at a gas station, filled it up, and checked the oil (which shouldn’t be my job) after 35-40 minutes we hit the road. I informed him that I was going up the mountain so that I was a bit hesitant so to not worry about it. Once we were in the mountains I realized that the left front tire was so smooth that it could’ve slid at any time. I even asked a man who was there and he said he didn’t know how we made it to winter park like that. When it was time to go home I was terrified to head back, but somehow we managed to make it. It was my first time using Turo and to be honest I’m not sure I’m going to use it again.

Car worked well, handled snow easily and no issues with the car. Had to check tire pressure but was fine. Easy and simple trip

First time using the app, was a little iffy, especially with an older model vehicle. But took this Rav 4 up into Estes Park with no trouble at all, I did not drive in ice or snow, but worked beautifully following a recent melt. Also took it into the lower parts of RMNP and it handled great! Host Brian sent advisories and the instructions for picking up and returning were pretty simple and worth the price of the rental?
