***Smoking/Food/Pets - There should be absolutely no smoking, food, or pets’ hair in the car. If smoke evidence is detected after your drop-off, you will be charged $250 for the car's odor removal and interior detailing to eliminate the odor. ***Scratches/Damages - Please take and upload as many pictures of the exterior/interior of the car as appropriate to document the condition and any pre-existing damage/scratches. You won't be responsible for any pre-existing damage but you would be responsible for anything new which was either caused by you or someone else while the car was in your possession. ***Tolls/Parking tickets/Speeding Tickets - Please note that you will be responsible for the tolls, any parking, or speeding tickets you incur while on the trip. Please program your GPS to avoid tolls or just have some cash on you to pay for tolls if you would be going through them. If using toll roads that are EZ pass only, we will bill you the cost of the tolls after your trip is over. ***Late returns - If the vehicle is returned 30 minutes to 1 hour 59 minutes late, the charge is a ½ of the average daily trip price and $50.00 for improper return. Dos * Do bring your license for pick up * Do be careful when driving. Lifted Jeeps drive differently than normal-height cars. Also at night may be difficult to see when backing up due to the dark tint. * Do take pictures of the exterior and interior and upload them to document pre-existing damage. * Do return the vehicle cleaned inside/out and with a full tank of gas (or pay for the pre-paid fuel extra) * Do use (87) octane gas. Cost about $49-$80 to fill up so not as bad as it seems. * Do add any additional driver during your trip * Do pay for your parking, tolls, and violation tickets. Carry cash for tolls that you can pay with cash. (these are your responsibility to pay) * Do bring your pet but in a crate. Pet hair has to be cleaned and a cleaning fee will be charged if per hair is found. * Do return the vehicle on time and report any incident to Turo as soon as they happen * Do HAVE FUN AND ENJOY YOUR RIDE! Don’ts * Don’t board any pets out the crate * Don’t bring in food or open drinks * Don’t smoke in the vehicle - Violation fee is $350 * Don’t off-road * Don’t take off the hardtop * Don't change the headlight halo color to anything other than white when driving. • How do I add another driver to the trip?

  Just have them sign up for a Turo account and they will be able to drive, follow these instructions, https://support.turo.com/hc/en-us/articles/115005228087-Can-my-guest-add-an-additional-driver-to-their-trip-

• Does the vehicle need to be refueled?

  Yes. We always send the car out to renters with a full tank. Please return your rental with a full tank. If you do not have time, please let Deivy know and he will refuel it and charge the amount as a reimbursement.

• Can anyone smoke in the vehicle?

  No. Absolutely no smoking. $250.00+ if you smoke or leave tobacco or any other illegal substances. Thank you.

• Flexible with extra mileage?

  I can be if we are notified in advance before the end of the trip. We are willing to negotiate and work out mileage needs for each trip. Please speak to Robert before the beginning of your trip about mileage concerns.

• Am I required to clean the car before returning?

  Yes. The vehicle is rented out very clean and wiped down. I expect them to be returned in the same condition (exterior and interior). If it is returned unclean, you will be charged between $50-$100 depending on the level of cleaning required.

• How do I extend or shorten my trip?

  If you want to change the start or end time of your trip to keep the car longer or return it sooner, you must submit a request via Turo before the trip starts or while it’s in progress. You’ll be unable to submit via the system once the trip has ended. A trip change is only valid if you make the request through Turo and your host approves it. If you extend your trip without approval via the Turo system, we may charge you a late return fee. If you make an unapproved early return, we’ll be unable to refund you for any unused trip time. You will also be charged an improper return fee. You will be responsible for any parking tickets or tow charges the car receives for up to 24 hours after the scheduled trip end time. To request to extend or shorten your trip, follow these instructions: Log onto turo.com or to the Turo mobile app. Open your Trips tab. Click or tap “Booked.” Select the trip you’d like to change. Select the “Change trip” button at the top right of the screen. Choose “Change trip length.” Enter your new start or end time and write a message to your host. Submit your request.
