Let me know if you have special need. A perfect car to zip around Portland in. Great for solo travelers or families. AWD will give you confidence if you travel to Mt Hood. Easy delivery and pickup option. Flexible to accommodate. Just request and I'll respond ASAP. Policy: Please no smoking. Any sign of smoking will result in a $200 penalty for detail service to remove the smell. Pet is welcome, but please remove any hair before returning the car. Please return the car clean and refueled using #92 gas (premium) with receipt. There is option for post-trip cleaning the pre-paid refuel if you don't have enough time to do it. Thank you very much.

Premium Gas type is needed for filling the tank. Absolutely No Smoking. Any Smoking evidence found will result in smoke smell removal charge which is from $50 - $200. No Pets please, to both protect the vehicle and help future guest's with specific allergies. Please return the car in the same condition of cleanness as the car was delivered/picked-up, you can also choose the post-trip clean service in the extra services for $15 to let us clean the interior and exterior of the vehicle. The $15 cleaning service charge doesn’t include excessive amount of sand and trash. Yang is absolutely amazing. He has accommodated my requests to use this vehicle multiple times, including numerous extensions. Someone left a horrible review before, and it is absolutely absurd- not true. The car was immaculate, amazingly great to drive, sleek, loveeee the sun roof. Yang is an ideal Host - I rent from him often and highly reccomend

There were no rental cars available anywhere in the city. Yang and Turo saved my visit.

Yang is an amazing host! He modified my trip and make numerous accommodations, to make sure I was happy. The car is amazing and was so well kept- and super clean. Will rent from him again, and have utilized his cars before! Thank you so much

I will not be using turo again after this experience. I arrived about 15 minutes early to pick up the car. It was covered in bird shit ( I didn't care about this). I got a message from Yang saying they would be late. When they got there they apologized for how dirty the car was and they had meant to get it cleaned. I said it was fine and that I didn't care. Then they said I could take it down to car wash down the street and they would reimburse me. Again I said it wasn't a problem. I had a trip planned and do not have time. As we are going to leave Yang comes over again with a free car cleaning pass for the car wash and again suggests I go get the car cleaned. When I got back I brought the car through the wash and vacuumed it out. As we are on our way to drop off the car Yang asks to change the drop off to somewhere 20 minutes out of my way. This was about 30 minutes before we were supposed to drop off the car. I told them we could not and we dropped it off at the initial spot. Yang did not meet us and we left the keys in the glovebox. After all of this I recieved a message from turo saying I permanently damaged the car. I had no idea what they were talking about and asked them what happened. While we were camping the car got dusty and at some point someone wrote howdy in the dust on the back of the car. I looked the car over after everything but did not notice the very faint shadow that was barely perceptible. Yang has repeatedly been saying this mark is permanent and needs to be buffed out. They have sent videos where they wipe their finger over the mark as lightly as possible to show how they tried to clean it off. I don't know if turo is going to hold me responsible for this "permanent mark". But host like this should not be allowed to use this service, and if you're going to use turo I suggest you find a different car.

A non-factual, malicious revenging review. Be careful of this guest. He was not responsible for the car and lied. The vehicle was delivered clean. It was washed and vacuumed in a drive-through car wash before hand-off. I messaged him 10 min before the trip start time that I would be 5 mins late. He returned the car with permanent marks "HOWDY" on trunk door. He drive-though a car wash before return, but the marks are still there. He told me the marks can be washed off by water after return.
