Thanks for booking my car to be pick up at AUS. The easiest way to deliver the car is for me to leave it parked in the blue garage and text a picture of the location as well as the details of the garage, level, row and spot after I park it for you. I will likely drop it the night before your arrival (we have a toddler and this is easier). You can then unlock it when you get to it and the key will be in a pouch in the glove box. I will leave the parking ticket in the vehicle for you to pay on the way out and then ask that you leave the ticket when you drop it off and I will pay when I pick it up. If you need it delivered to the South Terminal please message me to let me know. Also once the trip is ending and its time to return it you can park it and put the key back in the pouch in the glove box and then just let me know where it is so I can find it. Please do not smoke in this vehicle. I also ask that you return it in the same condition you got it. Also please do not use this vehicle to go to Mexico.

• What is your policy on tolls?

  The car has a TxTag in it that will automatically charge any tolls you might use. The tag ID is 06203821 and a reimbursement invoice will be sent after your trip for any tolls you use.

• Can I leave the state?

  I am fine with you leaving the state with the car. However, you cannot leave the country. If you need to go near the Mexico border, please choose a car from a different host. This vehicle is equipped with geo-fencing and will be deactivated if detected close to the boarder. Sorry I have had problems with past guests.

• Does it come with a car seat?

  I do have a car seat available to use during your trip. You can add it to your reservation as an add on for $15 per day.
