Any pet hair and pet dander found in vehicles may incur additional fees. ------ DAMAGE /INSURANCE------ All renters should understand that the car is expected to be returned in the same condition as described and documented at the time of your rental. Renters are advised to select the appropriate coverage offered by TURO or will be held accountable to repay any damages cleaning fees or repairs that are a result of use by the renter. Any unlawful use of the vehicle is strictly prohibited, and any property damage, injury, caused by unlawful use of the vehicle in any regard will place any and all liability on the renter.

We had a great first Turo experience with William. Everytjing from airport shuttle to drop off was straight forward and much quicker than traditional rental car pickup. The Crosstrek was an ideal vehicle for our ski vacation. Would highly recommend renting from William.

William was a great host. We rented this Subaru as we wanted to drive around various parts of Colorado, including some Mountain communities and know the Crosstrek is a great car. We noticed a noise coming from the right front wheel and notified William right away. He immediately offered to pick it up and give us a better vehicle. Would give a higher rating if we could rate the vehicle separate from the owner. William offered 5 star service including comprehensive instructions (lengthy but very thorough) and consistent check-ins prior to and during the trip. The vehicle interior dome light was not working, and neither did the heated seats (possibly a fuse?). If we didn't have the noise issue, we would definitely rate this vehicle higher as it was easy and fun to drive.

As indicated by the renter replacement was offered immediately upon notification of the issue. Since the vehicle has been returned inspection has been completed and noted issues have been tended to.
