FAQ

  • ❓What happens if I (or my passengers) smoke in the vehicle?

    ✅Please do not. There is no smoking of anything in my vehicle (Including vaping). You will be charged for an interior detail and the cost to run a special machine to get all of the smells out of the car. This is about $250.

  • ❓What happens if I do not have time to refuel the vehicle?

    ✅I will refuel the vehicle for you. which allows you to return the car at any fuel level. I will only request the amount of refueling at the end of the trip. No Fees apply.

  • ❓What happens if I return the car dirty?

    ✅Please keep the interior clean. I will not charge if the exterior comes back dirty. You can always add the post trip cleaning fee by adding an “extra” during booking. If the car needs additional cleaning or detailing, the costs could be more.

  • ❓Can I let someone else drive the car during the rental?

    ✅No, under no circumstances can you let someone drive the car during your rental period. If you’d like to add a second insured driver, you must contact Turo. By violating this policy, insurance will become void, and you will be personally liable for any and all damage.

  • ❓What if my flight is delayed?

    ✅If you provide me with your flight information, I can track your flight and know if there is a delay. But please update me if you can. I will make the necessary adjustments for your needs, to the best of my ability.

  • ❓How are damage claims handled?

    ✅I like to handle claims directly with the renter if possible. If not possible, then we go through Turo. Claims may include: - windshield/rock chips - scratches to the interior and exterior of the vehicle - tire/wheel damage - interior damage to seats, console, etc. Guests are responsible for damages that occur during your trip, intentional or not. Insurance coverage may be used if purchased prior to your trip. Drive a safe distance away from vehicles in front of you and be careful with open containers inside the vehicle.

  • ❓How does the toll tag work?

    ✅Colorado does not use toll booths, the toll tag on the car logs tolls automatically and deducts the charges from my account. Once I receive the toll statement I will process a request for reimbursement through Turo. Toll pass does not mean you receive free tolls.

  • ✅How should I refuel the car?

    The gasoline engine requires the use of premium unleaded gasoline with a minimum octane rating of 91. Using the correct fuel helps to maintain the vehicle's performance, fuel economy and drivability. DO NOT USE fuel with a octane rating lower than 91 as severe engine damage may occur.
