❔Do you deliver directly to the airport terminal?
🚗 Turo hosts cannot deliver vehicles directly to the Denver International Airport terminal. Instead, we use a third-party parking facility that exclusively serves the airport. After booking, you will receive instructions for a free 24/7 shuttle available outside of baggage claim. These instructions will guide you to the vehicle in the secure lot where you will be dropped off.
❔Are there any additional parking charges?
🤝 We have established a partnership with ParkDIA, securing exclusive amenities and preferential parking rates for your trip. A 1-time fee of $29.99 total is requested to cover parking for the first and last days of your trip. You can prepay this charge via the provided link.

The listing shows an inaccurate airport parking location, the reason we rented this car was the convenience of retrieving it from the airport parking. - This was inaccurate, as we had to take a shuttle from the airport to a parking location 10 minutes from the airport to find the car then repark it after our trip, and pay a fee for the parking spot. Secondly, we received the car with a large crack in the windshield, which the host said would be fixed after our trip…. Additionally, the car does not feel safe to drive. It shakes and wobbles when driving down a paved highway. I did not feel safe driving it, and so we only used it for the drive from the airport to the hotel and back. The host was helpful in helping locate the shuttle, and parking space, but that was still a massive inconvenience, as there was no designated space to return the car to where the host had wanted, despite paying a fee for a parking space. Not happy with my experience at all.
